We’re a small, family-run studio and we want every visit to be relaxed, enjoyable, and well organised. We have kept our terms and conditions simple, to help us make that possible for everyone.

Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your lesson time.
• A lesson booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
• If payment has not been received within this timeframe, the slot may be released and offered to another student.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the lesson are eligible for a full refund*
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson are not refundable.

*Please note that a £5 processing fee applies to cancellations to cover payment provider transaction charges.

As a small studio running limited sessions, it is usually not possible for us to fill spaces at short notice. Thank you for your understanding and support of this policy.

If We Need to Cancel

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you will receive a full refund, or we will happily help you rearrange your session if you prefer.

Lesson Location

• All lessons take place on-site at The Clay Cabin studio.
• Details and directions will be provided after booking confirmation.
